South West Co-operative Development Members

South West Co-operative Development is a co-operative of service users. We want the organisations that we are set up to serve to be involved in deciding what we do to ensure that the support we offer is what is needed.

We always welcome applications in one of three categories of membership with a minimum of £1 investment:

1. Co-operatives and democratic social enterprises
2. Practitioners of co-operative direction and development
3. Persons living in our area of work and supporting our objects

You can join in any of these classes using the button below. We also accept membership from people who do not fit into the categories above, but we see these people as Social Investors and generally seek a minimum of £500 membership investment. If you are a Social Investor, or a local member wishing to invest £500 or more, you can find more information about our current share offer on our ‘About’ page on the menu above.

We are currently in the process of transferring memberships from Somerset Co-operative Services to South West Co-operative Development. If you used to be a member of SCS and are interested in transferring your membership, please get in touch so that we can sort out the details.
